About the panel:
The EU NIS2 Directive introduces stricter cybersecurity and reporting requirements, including tighter entity classification (Essential and Important Entities), 24-hour incident reporting, and enhanced identity verification under Article 28. It also increases accountability at management level and raises expectations for operational resilience.
This panel will examine practical compliance challenges, including the tension between GDPR privacy requirements and NIS2 transparency obligations, and discuss how organisations can adapt their security and reporting models to meet the new regulatory baseline.
